CNC Masters Jr 4

seller stated he bought machine last year from original owner who used machine on brassoriginal owner said the machine was about 10 years old which is why the seller thinks its from the early 2000's said the previous owner deleted the entire registry on the computer, he couldn't do anything with it so decided to install Mach3 and new computer CNC Masters Jr 4 axis machine retrofitted with Gecko digital controlers , VFD for spindle speed control and more. ALL NEW! I just don't have time to fine tune it and I need something bigger to be honest. It was a on the fly purchase and the computer that came with the machine took a dump and the software CNC masters gives you is crap. So I scrapped the computer installed Mach3 and a new computer/controller box ( box alone was $3000 ) 4 gb ram 120 gig ssd drive and more, computer FLYS. Full licensed version of Mach3 and new computer with Windows 7. This machine was bought used, and comes with R8 tool collets and stand. This has Nema 34 1200 oz motors, so it will push this machine and cut very well. 2 hp, Spindle speed was set to around 3500 rpm, but I was going to work with it and increase it to around 6000 rpm.The machine is under power and can be seen running. It needs a few final tweaks to make it 100% operational in the specification setups in Mach3. It will operate and cut materials now, you just have to fine tune it. I have it set to run around 150 ipm rapids and it runs very smoothly at that rate. You could ramp it up higher if you wanted. But I don't see any reason to.
