The unit uses a 1/2" water inlet. We used de-ionized water but it's not necessary.There are 3 different tanks. The first has the ultrasonic generator and is also heated. The second tank (I believe is also heated) has a circulating pump that rinses the parts. The 3rd tank is a final rinse and has a nozzle assembly to blow either nitrogen or air as the parts exit the tank. Power requirements are 240 volt 3 phase. Basically, the operator puts the parts that need cleaned into a stainless basket, chooses the program (4 choices depending on how long they need to stay in the ultrasonic) and waits till the program runs, usually about 15-20 minutes. You can also use the system manually.The tanks are (@) 36" long x 14" wide x 26" deep. Each tank can be drained separately.The unit was built by Deltasonics. They were later bought by Branson.
