This is a Flow 20x 60Kpsi power unit that was originally in the Flow Demo Lab. The Flow rebuild shop manager estimated that power unit has about 500hrs or less of run time. This unit has a twin redundant intensifier setup. System is powered by a 50 hp motor driving a Bosch hydraulic pump. The German build hydraulic pumps are very good pumps and should go at least 10,000 hrs. before rebuild is needed (Note that this is dependant on proper maintenance). The intensifiers use mechanical shift system vs. the electronic shift system. The entire shift system is new and should last for many thousands of hrs before needing to be replaced. This system is as reliable as the electronic shift system. There is no soft start with this power unit but we can provide new soft start if customer wishes.
