We manufacture parts for a company who does electronic devices and we have to build housings for them out of aluminium, or plastic. We also made a lot of parts for company who designed and built laser eye sugary machines but they have sold the company. Mostly we do prototypes and short run productions.We bought this machine brand new in 2006 and we used it 8-10 hrs/ day, 5 days/week, - Comes with all the manuals and books.- We cut 90% Aluminium and 10% plastic/steel.- It has the spindle cooler unit on it, also has the steel belt type chip conveyor.- Side mounted tool changer for 24 tools- CAT-40 tools- Rigid Tapping- X/Y/Z travel; 40" x 20" x 22" (1000 x 510 x 560 mm)- 10000 RPM spindle speed- Fanuk Oi-MC control- SD-Card reader - RS-232C plug- CAT5 plug- Weight is 13500 lb
