The machine is still in production and may be demonstrated.52" width cap.; (1) Head with (6) 0.5 HP counter-rotating arbors mounted on a central rotating drive assembly, variable assembly rotation from 12-35 RPM.Each arbor/spindle is 15" long x 2" dia., 12" brush dia., epuipped with NEW Quickwood Quickstrip two sided brush strips from Sand Teck.; variable arbor speed from 100-1200 RPM with LED readout on RPM.This machine has a reversing switch to change the spindle direction. Heads currently have 220gt for white sanding in one direction and 320gt sand strips on reverse side for sealer sanding.Infeed & Outfeed holddown pinch rolls; conveyor feed bed assembly with conveyor belt and vacuum with suction fan & motor assembly.Variable conveyor speed from 15-45 FPM, 2 HP conveyor drive, 0" -- 6" motorized part thickness opening with mechanical digital readout.Complete with: Controls on belt loading side, RPM readouts for spindle speed, magnetic starters, and perimeter safety stop bars.
