There's a 3 jaw chuck mounted, and a 6 jaw that comes with it (I could only find 3 jaws for it). There are some wrenches, dogs, tool hoders, etc as well. 3 phase, but I was not able to determine HP. According to the dials there's about .070 backlash in the crossfeed, and .020 in the compound.
