Ebbco Water Filtration System:
Fully closed-loop water filtration and recycling system. Meaning; once the system has been filled with water once, the system recycles spent water by separating the garnet from the water, staging the garnet for removal, and processing the water through numerous collection and filtration steps to ensure that the water is clear enough to be sent back through the pumps for cutting.No water has to be constantly dumped and the only water that has to be added is from evaporation and what leaves the cutting area on parts. There is no continuous water requirement during cutting.
Water Chilling Unit:
Large efficient temperature-controlled unit capable of chilling the recycled water from the EBBCO system prior to reuse through the pumps keeping the pump temperature at an optimum level.Capacity capable for cooling and processing two cutting heads running full bore, non-stop.
