Rollomatic Grindsmart 6000XL 2004

This machine has six axis with hydrostatic ways on all axis both linear and rotary. Resolution on linear axis are at .000004 and on rotary 0.0001°. Machine also features a Schunk collet system for work holding and a FANUC 160iMB 9-axis interface. Rollomatic software includes the following software packages: End mills, ball nose, radius end mills, drill/step drills, step tools, burrs, “teach” in wheel shapes and machine calibrations, graphic wheel display with zero offsets and various control diagnostics. Other options include a flow meter to monitor the coolant flow, pressure meter to monitor the coolant pressure, hydrostatic oil chiller to regulate and control the temperature of the hydrostatic oil. Machine is currently in production and available for demo.
