Machine Description
This large used horizontal mill has a full fourth axis, a 800mm x 800mm pallet size, a 60 ATC, 53.1"X x 45.2"Y x 45.2"Z travels, a 6K rpm Spindle Speed with 60HP, a 1000 psi thru spindle coolant, a CAT 50 Spindle Taper, and a 360 degree B axis travel. This HMC is equipped with a Renishaw OMP60 Optical Probing system with SMT inspection software, Ai precision control II, a high-speed processor, and direct tapping capabilities. This mill was built in 2009 and installed new in 2011, was kept in a very clean shop, and has been enrolled in a maintenance program since installation.
