Machine Description
This large used horizontal mill has a full fourth axis, a 1050mm x 1050mm pallet size, a 60 ATC, 62.9"X x 55.11"Y x 45.27"Z travels, a 6K rpm Spindle Speed with 60HP, a 1000 psi thru spindle coolant and a 360 degree B axis travel. This HMC is equipped with a Renishaw OMP60 Optical Probing system with smt inspection software, Ai precision control II, a high speed processor, and direct tapping capabilities. The machine was built in 2009 and installed new in 2011, was kept in a very clean shop, and has been enrolled in a maintenance program since installation.
